Marvellous location to public subway was a plus. Moreover, it was short walk to the National Museum in Seoul and basement-cafe...

The staff was very accommodating .
I can't believe I spent five nights in this hotel. The supposed five-star facilities were horrendous and really felt more like a three-star, if that. The condition of the showers was unacceptable, with dirt and soap scum in the corners. To top it off, there was a massive coffee stain in the corridor that looked like it'd been there for weeks. I'm furious about the poor service and lack of cleanliness!

Couples looking for trouble
Had a chance to hang out at this hotel for a quick birthday bash with my partner and let me tell you the staff were really friendly they helped us book a table at a nice restaurant and even got us some taxis when we needed them
It definitely wasn't economical but for what we experienced it could be accepted.

Our stay was fantastic, especially with the outdoor pool and relaxing spa facilities right at our fingertips. We enjoyed hanging out at the bar and trying the different cocktails they offered. Just a heads up, the last call for dinner at the restaurant feels a bit early, so plan accordingly! 😊

The stay at this hotel had its highlights, with a beautiful interior and friendly staff making for a pleasant experience. The location was less than ideal, and some amenities like the breakfast options and the pool access came with unexpected fees .

The interior decor trapped my attention as soon as I walked in. The cafes and restaurants had a lovely aesthetic. My room felt cozy and clean with great amenities, like a tv and a safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed having the cocktail bar downstairs. Cocktails were refreshing, and they offered yummy cakes. Breakfast had a nice variety that I appreciated. The bathroom lacked privacy since it's connected directly to the main room. Since I traveled with my sibling, it was a bit awkward during showers. The noise from the corridor disrupted the calm at night. Still, I think the hotel is special enough to consider more visits.

The hotel's indoor pool was a fantastic spot to chill, and the eco-friendly water bottles were a nice touch. I loved the artistic vibe, especially the lobby's crazy swings that you can't sit on. It really sets the mood! The spa was also a great way to unwind after a busy day.

I stayed in the Itaewon King room for 2 nights. The bed was super comfy and soft! The street view was fun for people watching, and the robes for the pool were a nice touch. Everything was clean, and the room had all the basics covered. Lots of mirrors helped with getting ready, too.
