    The staff was very accommodating .

    I can't believe I spent five nights in this hotel. The supposed five-star facilities were horrendous and really felt more like a three-star, if that. The condition of the showers was unacceptable, with dirt and soap scum in the corners. To top it off, there was a massive coffee stain in the corridor that looked like it'd been there for weeks. I'm furious about the poor service and lack of cleanliness!

    Couples looking for trouble

    Had a chance to hang out at this hotel for a quick birthday bash with my partner and let me tell you the staff were really friendly they helped us book a table at a nice restaurant and even got us some taxis when we needed them

    It definitely wasn't economical but for what we experienced it could be accepted.

    The interior decor trapped my attention as soon as I walked in. The cafes and restaurants had a lovely aesthetic. My room felt cozy and clean with great amenities, like a tv and a safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed having the cocktail bar downstairs. Cocktails were refreshing, and they offered yummy cakes. Breakfast had a nice variety that I appreciated. The bathroom lacked privacy since it's connected directly to the main room. Since I traveled with my sibling, it was a bit awkward during showers. The noise from the corridor disrupted the calm at night. Still, I think the hotel is special enough to consider more visits.

    I stayed in the Itaewon King room for 2 nights. The bed was super comfy and soft! The street view was fun for people watching, and the robes for the pool were a nice touch. Everything was clean, and the room had all the basics covered. Lots of mirrors helped with getting ready, too.
